Wyalusing Municipal Authority’s New Payment Portal Instructions
The website is https://wyalusing.utilitybillingsystem.us/
Once the Account has been created, you will have the option to have almost complete access to the information to your account. Such as, the option to update your contact information, setting up automatic payments or enrolling in automatic bank draft, adding on other accounts (such as multiple metered accounts), updating your billing address and paperless billing. This new system offers so much more for you and for the WMA.
TO CREATE YOUR LOG IN
Click on the Consumer Registration
Fill in the Name as it is on the Account, the Account Number, the Email Address, and create an 8 digit or more password.
LOGGING INTO THE ACCOUNT
The User Name will be the provided email address.
Click on Pay Bill – two selections: Pay Full Balance or Pay Other Amount, click Make Payment
Make Payment’s Pop Up – two selections, E-Check Payment or Enter Credit Card Payment
E-Check Payment – verify First & Last Name and Email Address. The Payment Amount is the amount being paid plus the $1.50 Processing Fee.
***If you prefer to eliminate the $1.50 Processing Fee, you may set up an automatic bank draft that is processed on the 5th of every month. To learn more, contact Heather at 570-721-6050 or stop by the Borough Hall to fill out the form.
E-Check Payment – Payment Entry – Routing Number and Account Number Entry with the option to Save Payment Profile
